Generated stress datasets. Not in the repository - build them first: python3 common/web/tests/tools/gen_competency_archive.py --rows 1000000 (and --rows 5000000 for the larger one). Seven years of EBT competency assessments with fleet, base, position, session type and examiner, so every preset has something to say. The 5M file is 364 MB and peaks around 2 GB of browser memory - fine on a desktop, likely too much for a tablet. Start with the 1M one.
